MASTER PRO CONSTRUCTION acknowledges that the following Equipment meets the eligibility requirements for the 30-Day/200 Hours Return Policy and may be repurchased if they adhere to the following criteria:
• The reimbursement will be equivalent to 100% of the machine purchase price. However, any associated fees, including but not limited to buy fees, payment processing fees, taxes, or reconditioning fees, are non-reimbursable.
• Reimbursement of the machine purchase price is capped at 104% of the hours meter Wholesale National Average price, as calculated on the online purchase date.
• Dealers and individuals in the United States purchasing machines located within the United States or Canada. *ELIGIBLE MACHINES:
• Machines sold “As Is”;
• Machines with an hours meter not exceeding 100,000 hours;
• Machines with sales prices exceeding $1,000;
• Machines with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) exceeding 1,000 lbs;
• Specialty inventory, including but not limited to commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, ATVs, agricultural and construction equipment, forklifts, heavy-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, and trailers;
• Machines without any structural damage.
30-Day/200 Hours Return Policy Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This policy is applicable to used agricultural and construction equipment purchased from our company online, and it is only valid if the customer utilizes our shipping services. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, with no modifications or damages.
• Timeframe: The 30-day return policy commences upon the customer’s receipt of the equipment and concludes 30 days thereafter. The equipment must be returned to our company within this specified timeframe.
• Usage Limit: The 30-day return policy for eligible units is subject to a maximum usage limit of 200 hours. Any equipment that exceeds this usage limit will not be eligible for return under this policy.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, the customer must contact our sales team within 30 days after receiving the equipment.
• Return Shipping: The dealer will arrange and cover the return shipping. The equipment must be shipped using only our approved shipping carriers.
• Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned equipment, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when purchased. If any modifications or damages are found, a restocking fee may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund: If the returned equipment meets all of the eligibility criteria and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the customer’s original payment method, deducting any applicable restocking fees as detailed below.

• Exclusions: This Return policy does not apply to new equipment or items sold “as-is”, inspected by the customer in person at our location.
